We respect and value You and want you to be completely happy with every purchase you make at Garbzz.com. If you are for whatever reason not completely satisfied with any item purchased, send it back for a complete refund or store credit

  • Free shipping on all orders over $75
  • $7.99 flat rate for orders under $75
  • Items are subject to a $4.00 restocking fee if returned. This does not include items that are returned defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Handbags, Swimsuits, Undies and final sale items are non-returnable
  • We offer 3 ways to return your items.
  1. Free shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label. You Do NOT pay for shipping. Your refund will be in form of store credit which never expires.
  2. $9.99 shipping label: Garbzz will provide you with shipping label and $7.99 will be deducted from your refund total. Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment.
  3. You Ship:  You are responsible for shipping items back to us. Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment. There will be no shipping charge

 

FREE RETURNS!

If you would like to return merchandise, you must notify Garbzz.com no later than 10 days after receipt of the item(s), which is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping company. We do not accept returns after 14 days and they will be treated as a FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

RETURNS ARE FREE if you choose to receive Garbzz Credit and return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. When the return is processed, a virtual merchandise credit gift card will be sent to the Purchaser's email address within 24 hours.

If you prefer a refund to your original form of Payment, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return/exchange policies for specific items not covered by the above policy -- such as Bags, underwear and swimsuits are considered FINAL SALE items.

 

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours after placing your purchase. If you want to cancel your order after the initial 24 hour window, you will have to wait until you receive the item and ship it back to us in the original packaging in order to receive the full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

For all other items, we will happily accept returns for store credit or refund for any item that is returned in its unused condition with all original tags still present without any signs of wear, smoke or odor.

3 Ways to return your items

  3. You Ship:  You are responsible for shipping items back to us. Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment. There will be no shipping charge

 Once we have received the item and have fully inspected it, you will be contacted via email with the details of your store credit or refund. Please remember that if you request a store credit, it will be available in your account instantly once your return is processed. Store credits can be applied to your next order and never expire. If you request for a refund, please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping Charges on Returns: 

  1. In the event that the order is refused, unclaimed or returned to us due to incorrect or inaccurate address information, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
  2. In the event that we shipped an item(s) that was different from your purchase on the original invoice, we will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you would like to return the item. Subject to the following: If UPS ground is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If USPS Express or Priority services is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you in the form of store credit not the actual amount you spent.
  3. Garbzz diligently inspects all items before shipping, therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item returned does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive any refund or store credit.
  4. To ensure proper processing, indicate the reason for return as either "Defective" ,"Wrong item or wrong size shipped". If defective, please describe the defect and whether you would like the item replaced or instead store credit. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available and requested, will be shipped to you free of charge or store credit applied if preferred. If your exact replacement is out of stock, a store credit in the amount of the purchased item will be applied to your account.

 Order Status

When your order has been confirmed and you have provided a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, you can check the status of your order by visiting Account at the top navigation menu. 

Tracking Your Package

After your order has been confirmed, it will be processed by our shipping department. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please use this information to track the movement of your package to know when it will get to you. 

  1. What is the difference between store credit and refund? 
    A store credit is applied to your account with us at 
    www.Garbzz.com. It never expires and is automatically deducted from your next order. A refund is a credit back to your payment card or to your PayPal account, whichever was the payment method. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed and up to 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  2. How do I use my store credit? 
    A store credit will be applied to your online account at www.Garbzz.com . Simply log into your account with your email and password and you will see your store credit in the My Account 
    section. A store credit will be automatically applied to your next order.
  3. When will I receive my refund? 
    Once we receive your return, it takes up to 15 days for the return to be processed and for the card to be refunded. You will receive an email from with the details of the refund.
  4. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours after placing your purchase. If you want to cancel your order after the initial 24 hour window, you will have to wait until you receive the item and ship it back to us in the original packaging in order to receive the full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returns

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit/refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 30 days of receipt of goods.

  • Please note that we can only authorize returns one per order.
  • All items on SALE are final and can not be returned.
  • Any issues concerning a not delivered package we have to be notified within 30 days of order date.
  • Please be advised you have 30 days to print the label and ship the items back. If the package is returned using the label after 30 days, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.

Prepaid return label

After you fill out the form below, we will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label. You can use the label to send the items back at no charge to you.
Prepaid shipping label is available for customers within USA 48 CONTINENTAL STATES ONLY.
