Are all your items used?
About 10% of the items we sell are used and about 90% New with tags. With the used clothes, we ensure we only get the best of the best gently used clothes.

 

How long does it take for you to process an order?
Orders are processed usually within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday only. In some cases orders may get delayed due to order volume, holidays, etc. However, you will receive the order within the time frame you choose as your shipping option. Processing includes payment and order confirmation and packing for shipping via USPS or UPS.

 

What if I want to change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 business day or if your order has not shipped out from our warehouse. Please notify us immediately by calling our toll free number during our regular business hours from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm or email us at

Why is my credit/debit card being declined?

The usual decline reasons are:

a.There are not enough funds to pay for the order.
b.The billing address for the credit/debit card does not match the one you have in the order.
c.The CVV code or credit card expiration date you put in is incorrect.

My credit/debit card payment did not go through but why do I see it deducted from my account?
It means there was an attempt to make a purchase using the card but then we were not allowed to take the payment because of a mismatch on the billing address or the CVV code. It is a pending charge that should clear out of your account in 3 to 5 business days.

 

Do I have to register before I can place an order?
No. customers who wish to order from 
Garbzz.com can either register or check out as guests

 

How do I check the status of my order?
An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, with tracking information. You can also track the order using our "orders" feature on your Account page.

When will you ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped 1 or 2 business days after an order has been placed from Monday to Friday

Why isn't my promo code working?

There might be a few reasons:

1. The discount is applied to the original price, not sale price on the page.

2. The code has expired.

3. The purchase amount is less than promotion amount.

4. Each coupon can only be only applied once, you may have used it prior

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

Unfortunately, Garbzz does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. The best way to catch a great sale would be to pay frequent visits to our sale page.

Garbzz reserves the right to change the promotion at any time at our sole discretion.

I bought an item and it then went on sale. Can I get the difference for a discount item?

We apologize for this inconvenience, we never know when an item goes on sale but if you bought it at a different price we cannot refund the difference to you as the system has already captured what you bought it for.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders are cancelled for the following reasons:

a.Your billing address does not match the shipping address. Documents requested to verify the validity of the order or the owner of the card used to make the payment was not received.
b. Incomplete and invalid shipping information.
c.All items in your order are no longer available.

It is over 2 business days, why is my order still processing?
It must be because we have not been able to verify payment and shipping information. Orders with out of stock items usually take an additional 3 business days to process and ship

Do you ship to APO/FPOs?
We ship to those addresses including the US territories namely:
American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Marshall Island

Do you have any physical stores I can go to?
No. For now, we are an online store only.
